All bookings are subject to space availability and prior approval by BIC.
Submitting this form is a request only. It does not reserve a space or confirm a booking.
Events may run for a maximum of six hours per day and must stay within the approved room capacity.
Clients and participants must comply with BIC and University of Peshawar rules and regulations.
Audio, video and other facility support can be requested. Equipment availability, arrangements and any additional charges will be confirmed by BIC.
Final charges, payment instructions and permitted timings will be communicated by BIC after reviewing the request.
